Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Design and Development of  aircraft structural components for various airplane programs to meet technical and cost objectives


• Study, Analyze, Refine and document structural design engineering processes to evolve design productivity improvements


• Coordinate effectively with other design groups such as Stress, Systems, Materials and Manufacturing to meet program objectives

Required Skill Set

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Design experience with a Bachelors Degree or a relevant certification


• Experience in Aerospace structural components design and Knowledge Based Engineering is highly desirable


• Proficient in CATIA V4 and demonstrated a minimum of  2 years experience in modeling and detailing areas


• Must have the ability to model and create drawing and conversant with GD&T concepts


• Must be able to work in a Aerospace structural product design engineering team environment
