Around 10years of industry experience with at least 3years in technical consulting and solution architecting. Strong knowledge on SOA and other standard J2EE design patterns. Should have working experience in these areas Exposure on Oracle fusion middleware (BPEL process manager, BAM, Interconnect etc.) Exposure on any other integration tool will be a plus Should have an excellent written and verbal communication skill
