. 3 years of solid industry or relevant experience . High School diploma required, Associates Degree or college level education preferred . CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification will be an added advantage . Self-starter and able to evaluate new network technologies and solutions . Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and able to work and coordinate with other teams of network engineers in a matrix organization Essential Duties and Responsibilities: . Follow the supervision of SCI IT Director . Provide technical support for SCI US offices . Respond to technical problems with end users for computers and telephone . Provide support for MS Office, business application, telephony system, email, network (LAN/WAN) and systems . Maintain equipment inventory/software licensing . Maintain Microsoft Servers/Infrastructure Hardware . Work with other site Network/System Administrators on LAN/WAN projects . Maintain remote/LAN user access . Monitor and coordinate Corporate IT Network activities with CCI. . Provide IT operations for SCI networks in support for both SCI and Global applications. . Responsible for SCI network systems availability. . Participate in Global IT initiative and IT policy including SOX compliance Pre-Requisite . College level education or equivalent . At least 3 years relevant experience. . CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification will be an added advantage. . Self-starter and able to evaluate new network technologies and solutions. . Able to work in a multi-cultural environment, a team leader, able to motivate and lead a team of network engineers in a matrix organization. . At least 1 year working experience in managing global networks, with world-wide footprint |
