Candidate should have experience with developing RICEF objects - Candidate should have experience with Portal development (BSPs, PCRs, Workflow) - Candidate should have experience or at least strong knowledge of OOPs. - Candidate should be familiar with HR processes and have thorough knowledge in at least a few of the modules of HR (PA, OM, PD, Benefits, Payroll, Tax Reporter, Learning, ESS/MSS, etc.) - Candidate should be able to understand requirements and functional design documents and develop technical design documents. - Candidate should be familiar with best coding practices and have worked with performance tuning. - Candidate should have experience with testing tools like Mercury Quality Center. - Candidate should have experience working on a Support project.
