SAP CRM Base Customization - L2 -
Should have 4-6 years of experience in SAP CRM service in following areas - Service contract management - Customer service and support - Return and depot repair - Service analytics 1. Expert in Base customization, copy controls and master data definitions and changes via customization 2. Good knowledge on Actions, Status management and Action monitoring 3. Good knowledge on Initial downloads, delta replications, queues and BDOC 4. Should have good debugging knowledge in ABAP/4 5. Good knowledge on IPC , CRM pricing, pricing and set of configurable products & rebate management or Good knowledge in repair, service order ,service contract ,workforce management and CRM billing 6. Work experience in mobile sales or mobile service ======== DURATION : 3 MONTHS LOCATION : OHIO |
